Already Top-Notch, Down for No Reason, and a Colossal Catalyst

A terrific business model that is working, and thus..
..Has elite numbers
Is currently suffering a severe market beating on seemingly nothing
Has a mammoth catalyst coming — one that will last forever
The catalyst is one that we wrote about a couple of months ago — Universal Basic Income.
As you remember, we said that UBI’s impact will be massive, it is coming more quickly than people think, and once it starts, it will never stop:
This “movement” seems a lot like many other successful campaigns we have lived through lately, that started as talking points on TV and social media…
…And then became accepted public policy after everyone was more or less told what to think:
So we think UBI is coming quickly.
And we continue to think after the mid-terms is the logical time for a crisis to bring UBI about (read the first article for more).
BUT.
Timing is always tricky.
And, just as important, we are trying to game a macro trend here. That is a riskier exercise than looking for high quality companies.
It would be nice to find a high quality company that does not need UBI to succeed, but still benefits tremendously if we do get UBI.
And that is what we have with our stock today.
It is a winner without UBI, and a super-duper winner with UBI.
This is like in 2016 when we said buy MSFT and its brethren because they were winners without AI, and huge winners with AI.
And UBI may end up being bigger than AI over the next decade.
Also, this stock looks like what we were searching for in our UBI plays. We said that there were eight characteristics we were looking for — this stock has five of those, with the last possible characteristic not really applying:
And as good as this company has been, the market has thrown it out lately. It is getting pole-axed just as it came into profitability and is crushing it:
